wall leaking is more than likely leaching. Are you saying that after washing your clothes in the machine, you had sudsy water leach up through the flooring? Rubbing chin and wondering at this statement. The leaching process would filter out suds, if this is happening, you have to have a leak or plumbing trouble somewhere between the machine and the main line.
