weight bearing wall that bows out! help!

I have a weight bearing outer wall that bows out and has a slight twist. In the basement the floor joist and a support beam is pulled out of the foundation bear Is there a repair for this? There was a support put in to take some of the weight off of the wall in question. The home is 100 years old.
