Ron & LJ,
I believe the upstair floors are plywood. The house was built in 1977 and most subfloors in this area seem to be plywood. Would there be a difference in sealing each kind of floor? Also, I never thought about it, but should I seal the concrete floors as well? The living area of the home is on a concrete slab...
