no clear why you cannot us a conventional well insulated metal door on hinges ! do you not like the look in the living room or do you not have the space for it to swing into your room or into the attic. ? please give us the drivers for why you want such a door that will impossible to insulate well to keep the attic elements from entering your living space or cause you to cool/heat your attic undesireably.
