In each room of the house we had painted the walls with alkyd base semi-gloss by mooris.
Now we are ready for new changes. Used bulls eye 123 to prime rooms and then willliams satin latex for the new paint.
While cleaning area in the bath room around the door frame and vacuming the rug. To my suprise the paint was coming off. All I had to do is pull and a big piece came up so then I was vacuming the area where pieces of paint fell well I can vacume the paint right off the wall. In other areas this paint has bonded any ideas?
As I want to have my kitchen paint and sure don't want this mess. Limited budget?
