Go to your local Assessors office and ask to see the property cards of homes in your neighborhood. Also some homes like yours that have just sold in the last two or three months, the selling price will be listed on the card. Homes that have sold within the last month, may not be out yet.
This is where realtors get their information to price your home. It's called "comps".
