I've been installing Harris Tarket Longstip professionally for several years now and have yet had a compaint or call back. The "floating" system solves many of the problems related to hardwood flooring today. It's also the most stable product I work with. And yes it can be refinished at least 3 times many more if your only sanding lightly and recoating. It's a great product!
