Becky,,,I suspect you are just going to have to scrape the black adhesive and paint off. once the adhesive is cleaned off you may be able to pressure wash the paint off but not sure. . It may take a lacquer or paint thinner or some solvent even to clean the black adhesive off.....hope this helped. good luck ..post back with your success. LJ
