1 part bleach to 3 parts water and 1/2 cup of a strong cleaner. Apply it liberaly and scrub the deck vigorously with a stiff broom. Make sure it is well rinsed, check with your hands to make sure that all the detergent residue is removed. Allow it to dry for at least 3 days before you seal it.
