We have a very nice outdoor glider made of oak. This winter raised havoc with the finish and I am in the middle of sanding it as I write this. My question is as follows:
After I restain it to a light golden oak how can I really seal it to protect it from all the weather elements??
I tired that water based polyurethane as recommended by our local lumber yard and all that did when it rained or over the winter was to peel!!!
