are nothing more than water and bleach. I get a big bucket of bleach and water, 75% bleach. Then get a strong bristled scrub brush. Then wet the deck down with water, then spread the surface with Comet or TSP which is Spic and Span, then scrub the deck periodically dipping into the bleach. This will work super.
Hose it down and let it dry and you will have a new deck.
