With vent hoods you get what you pay for. Depending on your budget; spend some money. Builders models just don't cut it. Your better off with a high end model like a Vent-a-Hood or Thermador. Remember all hoods will collect grease. Make sure whoever is doing the install it should be vented outside with the shortest run and minimal bends in the duct. Mike
