Please stop using CAPS, it is very difficult to read. Thank you. I'm guessing that you live in a high humidity area and that you do not have air conditioning. I think what you have is condensation trying to occur on the floor. If your floor is uninsulated from underneath, it is cooler that the rest of the air in the house, and moisture in the air is collecting on the cold (cool) floor. The solution may be to apply a vapor barrier to the underside of the floor, and then insulate. You may want to call in an insulation specialist for a quote, and to give you a better idea of what is going on. Any Help? Dodgeman
