i live in texas. i do have a/c. i don't have insulation under the floor. it's only the sections that the previous owners dog ruined that continues to return to a moist state (Seems more oily than wet.) Do you think i could go ahead & paint the floor? I was thinking of painting a coat of kilz, a coat of primer & a couple of coats of floor paint. i appreciate your effort Dodgeman in helping me.
