We built a house 2 years ago and had recessed lights placed in the kitchen. After the lights have been on and then turned off, they will "pop" intermittantly. It sounds like metal contracting and is quite annoying. We contacted our electrical contractor who says this is quite normal and there is nothing that can be done. My question, is this normal andd can something be done to eliminate the "popping"
