The bathroom toilet leaked and roted the floor board under the carpet (we have a mobile home). I would like to remove the carpet and floor board-just around the toilet-and put new boards down, then tile. I don't know how to do this and need tips (inregards to replacing flooring under carpet). Also, I will need to correct leaking toilet-it was fine until friend fixed it:) Now it looks like it's leaking from either the ring on the pipe where the shut of is, or at the shut off valve? Suggestions welcome!
