My brothers house is about 5 years old and he claims there is diminishing water pressure in the shower. Mostly with the hot water. He is insisting on replacing the water heater even though it works fine. They have already replaced the faucets in the tub that were under warranty from Moen. That did nothing for the water situation..... ANy suggestions on why the water pressure is so low in a newer home? thank you in advance!
