I got an aquastar Natural Gas tankless water heater. I got the smallest commercial size which is the TK-1 with pilotless ignition. It does a terrific job heating the water in my house. My wife can even be taking one of her marathon showers while I run the dish washer. Oh, we live in Erie, PA btw.
