You are undoubtitly going to use a frame for your screening. You might think of leaving a one inch space under the framing to let water drain under it. Too prevent insects from entering staple two inch lawn chaih webbing to the bottom of the frame and fold under. Water will get under it, and bugs stay out, and your frame bottom will stays dry.
