I was scammed by Beaverhome as well. "Only Neal Martin can authorize a refund" and "Neal Martin does not speak with customers" hmmmmm I got a partial refund (and a bad check) after 5 months of calling beaverhome daily and calling in the attorney general and other law enforcement agencies.
Well, it turns out he scams his suppliers too. He treats suppliers as badly as he treats customers, some are suing him right now.
