I had a large Box Elder tree cut down last fall but due to site constraints, was unable to have the stump ground up. The tree is sprouting up again and I want to kill the roots. I've seen "root killer" at the local hardware store. My question is, how do I apply this stuff below the ground line? I'd appreciate any advice.
