I have a lot that is on the waterfront in Queens N.Y. There were two small houses there. The total property is 60x80. Of which 20x80 is under water leaving, 40x80 buidable. I would like to builkd two small homes, side by side, approximately 1100 sqare feet per unit. They can be 2 or 3 story. Any ideas I'd be interested in doing business, as a project on the NYC waterfront on Jamacia bay.
