The owners manual for my AC unit says to use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment to clean the coils of the unit. My thought is that there is probably a cleaning solution that could be sprayed on and then hosed off that would do a better job. Is there such a solution, or is it better to use a vacuum cleaner?
