As stated earlier i have an old house dating back to 1891. It has been neglected and is runned down. It is un-fixable. We are planning to tear it down and start over. one room has a original tin ceiling with nail holes and soome rust spots and has been painted over. I have considered keeping but i am also considering selling it. My question is. What if anything can i ask for if i decided to sell it? The room is 14 x 17.5. I'm really just looking for a starting point. Thanks. Mina
