My mom and I want to paint all the walls in the house. The majority of the walls are covered with old wallpaper, some with several layers. What is the best way to paint on these walls? Is it best to remove all the wallpaper or paint over it? I heard of a product that can go over wallpaper before painting over it, but I can't remember what it's called. Any suggestions will help. Thanks.
