The termites are all gone, but the guy is coming Saturday just to make sure because when I had the initial inspection there was no damage...the damage occured sometime between the inital inspection and the treatment.
The basement and the staircase are both unfinished, and I can see almost all of the different pieces of the stairs. There is a thin particle board time of material behind the steps (under them looking up) but some of that is starting to fall apart so it can easily be removed
