Pier and Beam unlevel

You mentioned some key words like slightly, and cracking. Pier and beam flooring like any slab foundation will settle and will be slightly off. If your using vinyl which is what I hope you mean, I would not worry about it. But if your using ceramic I would not do it. vinyl is forgiving, ceramic is NOT.
