All of a sudden, My garage door opener only opens by remote. I cannot close it via the remote. I can close it using the push button on my garage wall but I have to hold that down or the duration that the door is closing. If I let it go in the middle it stops.
Any ideas what might be the probem? Any advice is appreciated.
