My husband and I are in the process of redoing our hardwood floors and for most of 40 years there was linoleum glued just inside the entry door. We ended up using an adhesive remover which did remove some of the finish. You may end up having to sand, stain, and poly when all is said and done. Any others want to offer their opinion?
