are jobs that I take where I am to go in after a un professional contractor was there and did some wrong work and I am to fix it.
On a job like this you are to think what the previous person was thinking and then to use your thoughts on how to fix it. You need to keep the cost down by trying to remove as little of the old work as possible, but its very difficult.
I like to go in and use my ideals from start to finish and this way I have my plan and my plan of attack and my plan on how to overcome any obstacles that arrise.
