In constructing a slab for a foundation the way i would go about it is to first lay a bed of gravel, ontop of that a bed of sand, then my question is should a vapor barrier sit on top of or underneath the nsulation. Should the steps be gravel,sand,vapor barrier, insulation,slab or gralve,sand,insulation,vapor barrier
