I helped build a home 10 years ago and now I have the opportunity to build my own. Actually I am getting a construction loan and will be working as my own lead contractor. The more I do by myself the more money I save. I will hire contractors to lay the basement foundations and I will hire some help to frame and roof. Professionals will come in and install electric and plumbing and the rest I will do with a little help from family members. Are there any recommended publications that could help me? Are there any suggestions for me?
