OIL long drying time smell all through the house turns yellowish collects dust in drying time second coat in 24 or more hours
WATER drying for second coat in two hours or less no yellowing no smell collects less dust due to shorter drying time
* with water you can almost apply three coats in one days time with a light steel wool sanding between coats. I love water based for the above reasons especially the killer, dust collection during the project.
