one is to consider plexiglass replacement shelves that you can perhaps have cut to your dimensions at Home Depot or Loews Home center.....give that a try first....if that is not feasiblee consider plywood replacement shelves...again cut to your dimensions at Home Depot/loews hope this gives you some ideas....post back if you have other considerations that make what I have suggested not practical....LJ
