The cooling unit can be placed inside and chilled water can be passed from blower to blower inside through tubing. It is easier to use a few wall or ceiling blower units connected by small tubes than to pass ducts through along the ceiling in soffits as in conventional condo installations. The interior cooling unit makes it more difficult for the association to object.
