Covering breaker box

If this is the residence Service panel, there are certain rules that have to be followed.
1. It has to be accessable, ie you should be able to work on it with removing part of the building.
2. It needs a 30 inch clearance in front of it, again not having to remove furniture or other obstructions.
3.It should have a minimum of 36 inches to a grounded surface, ie a concrete wall. Best advice DO NOT cover the service panel.
