My initial posting outlined problems we were having with Robbins engineered flooring. The original flooring was replaced by Robbins and immediately started deteriating just like the original.
Robbing didn't want to make good on the problem. After approximately one year, numerous calls and letters a new Robbins manager took over the territory in which we reside. Our installer brought him to the house and pointed out the defects. He concurred and we were reimbursed for the entire cost of our floor.
Their is no moral to this story but persistence did pay off. Thank the Lord that we didn't have to sue.
