I currently have Broderbund's 3D Home Architect Deluxe and have just started using it for designing a 2nd floor addition to my one story ranch. Does anyone have any experience using Bob Vila's Home Design program? Does anyone know where I can do a side by side comparison of features? I can purchase Bob's software for only $19.95 but before I did, I wanted to get some opinions on features and user-friendliness. Also, can the floor plans and other drawings generated from the program be used for construction permits?
