I recently had the above mentioned product installed in my home through Home Depot. Numerous planks are 1/16 to 1/8 inches higher than the boards next to them. The person who installed the floor came out and said he did nothing wrong...it is the product and a rep. from the company would need to fly in and look at the floors. He also said that floating floors "just do that."The installer glued and nailed some of the planks..he also laid them in a manner that required him to walk on them and told me I could walk on them right after they were laid. Do you think it was the product or installation?
