you will need to re float the floor I am sure. Then there is a membrane called "isolation" membrane that is put on top of thin set spread with 1/8 inch notched trowel. then thinset again over this memberane. Run the membrane the entire length of the crack. Then attach the tile to the thinset and all you need to do next is grout.
