Ants - Between the Wall and Tile Floor

We just moved into a new home 3 months ago, and ever since then I have had a major Ant problem. The Ants come out between the wall and the Ceramic Tile Floor, I spray them with Ant poison, but they come back from another area of the floor. HELP!!
