Check "www.pittsburghcorning.com/includes/basewin/basewin.pdf" These instructions look good but I could not print them out to be able to read -- screwed-up "pdf" file format. Other; if you have a contractor do it, you should not have to tell him how to do it -- get someone who has done more than a few times. In Detroit area, installation of glass block windows is advertised and somewhat price-competitive (companies specialize)-- so maybe you can shop around -- check yellow pages. DIY is another alternative (using the above instructions). Home Depot carries window modules about that size, and also have vinyl frame material (I am told).
