Bees, especially wasps versions and all bumble bees go in the ground.
You might have your back yard full of nectar or nice pollen plants or someone in the close neighbor hood do. They are there because of the things they need are available. If you become very vigil on spraying them they will know to not come back. But, if you do not keep them sprayed, they will call this their home.
