I am the inventor and utility patent holder of a bagel making apparatus that can be used in the home to boil and bake four fresh, healthy bagels in about ten minutes. The machine, as patented can also be used in commercial established such as Subway where with minor modifications, a dozen bagels can be prepared in about the same time.
