I have a toilet that leaks only intermittently from one side. Water (SM amt) comes out between the toilet base and the floor. I need info on if I should change seal, how to remove the toilet, get rid of the water inthe tank and bowl before hand. Is this a job that can be done relatively easy without calling a plumber?
