I just installed American Craftsman Double Hung Vinyl Replacement windows which I ordered from the Home Depot. The size was correct and the windows went in very easy. My only problem is that the top window does not stay up all the way. When I go to lock them I have to push it up. My question is can this be adjusted by turning the spring rods or should I just leave them alone. Any help would be appreciated.
