When we moved into our house three years ago the concrete floor on the patio floor was painted. I'm almost sure it was a quick fix because it has chipped and pealed since then. What do you suggest to do to fix it. We are planning on moving very soon, so I do not want to put a lot of money into it - but I do not want to sell it like the other people did.
