toliet leaks

I've got a toliet that slowly leaks
(somewhere internally, the floor is dry) to the
point that it prompts the valve to open and refill
the tank every so often. Initially I heard some
dripping sound, so I replaced the flapper and the
dripping sound stopped but the toliet is still
leaking and the tank refilling. Where could the
leak be comong from, and what might I need to
replace? Thanks!!
