They have a catalog of replacement parts on line.
Anderson has the worst customer service of any company I have contacted. I was promised 15 day delivery for a new sill. It's now 45 days and I can not get a delivery time. This is holding up an $18K waterproofing job!
I would never buy another Anderson product.
