I am removing paper from a bed room and have found that below the paper is a latex paint that was used to prime walls prior to papering. When thr paper is removed portions of the latex paint is pulled away from the plaster. The walls are not suitable for painting due to lack of consistant texture of the wall. Some of the paint is easily removed with a paint scraper but other areas are adhereing and difficult to remove.
Is there any commercial product avaiable for removal of latex paint from plastered walls.
